Bansal Telecom

Bansal Telecom is situated on the Mathura Road in Palwal. This is a busy road with a lot of cars and trucks going past all the time. Our shop is where people come when they need to recharge their phones or get a new SIM card. We also sell some basic mobile accessories like earphones and chargers. The shop isn't very big, but we make the most of the space we have. I have a small glass counter where I display the different items. Most of the work involves typing numbers into the computer or helping people fix their phone settings. Since we are on Mathura Road, we get a lot of people just passing through who need a quick fix or a cable for their car. It gets very loud with the horns outside, so we often have to speak up to be heard. I’ve been running this place for a few years now. It’s just a regular job for me. I arrive in the morning, sweep the floor, and wait for the first customer. I don't have any assistants, so I do everything myself. Sometimes the internet goes down and it makes things difficult, but we manage. It’s a decent spot for a business because of all the traffic. I don't really have a lot of time for breaks, especially during the middle of the day. It’s a simple life working here on the main road. I just keep things running as best as I can.
