Bansal Cellphone is tucked away on the 60 Feet Air Force Road in Dabwa Colony. It’s a lively part of the area, and our shop is right in the middle of it. We’ve been selling and fixing phones here for quite a while now. The shop is simple, with counters full of different mobile models and a back area where we do the repairs. It’s often quite busy, especially in the evenings when people are coming home from work. We sell a lot of recharge vouchers and SIM cards, but we also do a lot of screen replacements. People in Dabwa Colony know us by name, and we know many of them too. It’s a friendly atmosphere. We don't have any corporate training or anything. We just learned by doing and by keeping up with the new phones as they come out. There’s always some new model every month, so we have to stay on our toes. The 60 Feet Road is always moving, and we like being part of that energy. Sometimes we run out of a specific charger or a battery and have to get more from the warehouse, but we usually have the basics. We don’t spend money on big signs or posters. We just keep the shop open and help whoever walks in. It’s a basic, honest business that supports our families, and we’re happy to be serving the people around the Air Force Road area. It is a good way to stay connected.
