Our office is tucked away in House Number 5250, right inside Sector 3 here in Faridabad. It is a quiet enough street most of the time, which helps when we need to focus on the technical side of things. Working out of a house gives the whole place a different feel than a big commercial building. We have set up our desks in a way that makes sense for the space we have. Most of the people on the team live nearby in Haryana, so the commute is not too bad for most of us. We spend a lot of our time looking at screens and trying to make the labs part of the business work right. There is always a lot of paperwork and digital stuff to sort through every morning. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it and keep moving. We do not have a big reception desk or anything like that. If someone comes by, one of us just gets up and meets them. It is a very practical way to run things. We usually have some snacks around and the tea kettle is almost always on. It is not a flashy place, but it is ours and we are comfortable here. We have been in this part of Faridabad for a while now and we know the neighbors pretty well. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
