Our office is over in Greater Kailash, specifically on the second floor of the Balwant Rai Mehta Vidyabhawan building. It’s in Block W, Part 2, which can be a little confusing for people visiting the first time. We’ve been set up here for a bit now. It’s a pretty active area with schools and houses all around. Usually, the mornings are quite loud because of the school traffic, but it settles down once we get into our tasks. We handle various service requests and the computers are always running. There’s no big sign or anything, just our door on the second floor. It's a practical space. We share the floor with a few other offices so it’s a bit of a mix of people. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall downstairs. The windows look out over the street, so there's always something to see while we’re on a call or typing away. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. It's just a place where we come to work and handle what's needed for the day. If the stairs feel like too much, there is a lift, but we usually just walk up for the exercise. It’s a steady routine here in Part 2 and the team is fairly small. We’ve worked together for enough time that we don't need many meetings. We just get through the pile of service tickets and head home.
