Our place is at 1874/1 in Jawahar Colony, right near Air Force Road in the NIT area of Faridabad. It's a busy part of town with a lot of traffic and people moving around all day long. We deal with various international bits and pieces from this office. It’s a lived-in space, not one of those glass buildings you see in the city center. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing out invoices for shipments. There are always boxes and samples lying around the corners of the room. It’s just how we work. Sometimes the noise from the road gets a bit loud, but you get used to it after a while. We aren't a huge corporation with departments for everything. It's mostly just a few of us handling whatever comes our way that day. Whether it's sorting out a customs issue or just checking inventory, there's always something to do. We’ve been in this colony for years and know the local shopkeepers well. It’s a practical setup meant for getting things moved from one place to another. We don't put on any airs about what we do. It’s hard work and long hours sometimes, but that’s just how running a small business goes. People drop by without appointments sometimes just to chat or ask a quick question about a delivery or a product. We just keep the lights on and keep moving through the week.
