A few desks are pushed against the walls, and chairs that have seen better days are scattered around. We have plenty of power strips for all our gear. The walls are mostly bare except for some old calendars. We’ve been in Sector 19 for a good amount of time now. You get used to the sounds of the local market and the traffic nearby. We aren't doing anything flashy or impressive. It is just software solutions day in and day out for us. Sometimes the internet acts up, making us wait around, but usually, it is fine. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers around the block. It feels like a real community here. There is no big HR department to speak of. If there is a problem, we just talk it out over a cup of tea. Faridabad is a tough place sometimes with the heat and the dust, but we make it work. We’re just regular people trying to build something useful. The office is easy to reach from the main road. We keep our heads down and work. That is all there is to it.
