Our office is situated on the first floor of Vishnu Palace at Ajrounda Chowk. If you know the area, you know how busy that intersection is. There is a constant stream of cars and buses going by. We do software development here. It’s a lot of logic and solving puzzles on the screen. The office itself is quite basic. We have a row of desks and some chairs that aren't the most comfortable. There are no fancy decorations on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a stray wire or two. We spend our day typing and trying to figure out why a piece of code isn't doing what it’s supposed to. It’s a lot of trial and error. We don't have a big breakroom, so we usually just walk out to the chowk to get some fresh air and a quick bite. The building is a bit older and the stairs can be a little dark. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people at Source Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd. who know how to build software. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just sit down, open our laptops, and get to work. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up. It’s just how the software business goes. We like it here because it’s easy for everyone to reach.
