Aircel Store

Our store is right on Neelam Bata Road, specifically at 64-65 in the N I T area of Faridabad. It's a busy part of town, which is good because there's always someone coming in with a question or needing help with their phone stuff. We’ve been at this location for a good bit now. The shop isn't huge, but we make use of the space we have. Most days it’s just us behind the counter handling whatever comes up. You know how it is with technology, things break or people get confused, and we’re just here to sort it out. The traffic on Neelam Bata Road can be a nightmare sometimes, especially in the evenings, but it brings in a lot of local faces. We don't do anything too fancy here. No big posters or loud music, just a plain counter and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. We’ve got regular customers who stop by just to say hello or ask about a new plan. It feels like a part of the neighborhood. Being in the N I T area means we see all sorts of people. We try to keep things straightforward. If we can help, we do. If not, we tell you straight. It’s a simple way to run a shop and it seems to work for us and the folks around here. We might not have the newest furniture or the brightest lights, but we have a roof over our heads and plenty of work to keep us busy. People around Neelam Bata know us well.
