Aggrawal Communication is located in the middle of Palwal. We started this shop because everyone needs a hand with their phones and staying connected these days. We spend most of our time doing talk-time recharges or helping people figure out why their internet isn't working right. It’s a small place, but we keep it busy from morning until late evening. We have some accessories like chargers and earphones hanging on the walls for whoever needs them. People come in when they lose their SIM card or when their screen gets a crack. We aren't a big showroom, just a local spot where you can get your phone fixed or buy a quick top-up. Sometimes it gets crowded in here with everyone asking questions at once, but we try to help everyone in order. We've seen how much Palwal has changed and how everyone has a smartphone now. It keeps us on our toes learning about new models and plans. We don't have a fancy sales pitch. If we can fix it, we tell you, and if we can't, we tell you that too. It’s just us working behind the counter every day. We know a lot of the regular customers by name since they’ve been coming to us for years. It’s a simple business but it keeps us connected to the neighborhood and that's something we enjoy.
