We are located at Shop No 5M/117 in the N I T area of Faridabad. It is a small shop, right near K L Mehta College. Most of the time it is just a couple of us here working on things. We handle different technology-related tasks, mostly repairs and helping people with their devices. It is not a big company with many different departments. It is just us sitting at the counter. The shop gets very crowded when the students from the college come in all at once. We have got tools and parts scattered all around the workbench. Sometimes it takes a while to find a specific part for a certain job. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings and we are busy with a motherboard, we might miss the call. We have been in this part of Faridabad for a good while now. People around the 121001 zip code know the address. It is a bit of a walk from the main road but easy enough to find. We do not do anything fancy. We just fix things and make sure they work before they go back to the owner. It can be a long day sometimes, especially when there is a tricky problem to solve. We like what we do, even if it is just a small shop in a busy market. No big promises, we just try to be helpful to the locals.
