Our place is over at E 76 in Sector 23. We’re right by Punjabi Polling Mills Chowk, in the Sanjay Colony area. If you’re looking for us, we’re directly opposite the Jain Dharam Kanta. It’s a busy spot with trucks constantly pulling in and out for the weighbridge. We deal with tools of all kinds. The building is a standard industrial unit. We’ve got a big shutter at the front that stays open most of the day. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of tools and crates. It’s not the quietest place to work because of the traffic outside, but we don't mind the noise. We’ve been here for a good while now. Most of our days are spent checking the quality of the tools and making sure the orders are ready for pickup. We aren't big on marketing or fancy talk. We just show the tools and let people decide for themselves. The staff here is small. We all know how to handle the equipment. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside and wait for it to come back on. It gives us a chance to talk to the neighbors. Sanjay Colony has a lot of small businesses like ours. We all kind of look out for each other. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on the tools and the people who use them. That’s really all there is to it.
