A Reputed It Company

Our office is in Sector 46, Faridabad, right at house number 1097. It’s a residential area, so it feels quite different from those big tech parks you see in other cities. A Reputed It Company started here because it was convenient and felt more like home. We have set up our computers in what used to be living spaces. It gets a bit cramped when we have everyone in at the same time, but we make it work. The wires are tucked away as best as we can, though there’s always one or two tripping hazards near the server rack. Being in Haryana, specifically the 121003 pin code area, means we are close to the main city but far enough to avoid the worst of the noise. We don't have a cafeteria, so we usually just eat at our desks or go to the small shops nearby. Our day is mostly spent coding or fixing bugs. We don’t have big meetings with fancy slides. We just talk across the room to solve problems. It’s a very straightforward way of working. The neighbors know us as the IT folks who are always inside with the lights on. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of the routine here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our work well and get through the week.
