Sri Sowdeshwari Agro Private Limited is based out of Gobichettipalayam in the Erode district. We are right on Kamaraj Street, house number 76 in the D.G.Pudur area. This part of the country is very focused on agriculture, and we are right in the thick of it. Our daily life involves a lot of talk about crops, weather, and the local market prices. We aren't a massive corporation with a glass building. We are just a local agro business where the door is usually open and people are coming in and out. Dealing with agricultural products means you are always at the mercy of the seasons. Some months are incredibly hectic where we barely have time to sit down, and others are a bit slower, giving us time to catch up on maintenance. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because the people we deal with wouldn't care for it anyway. They want to know what we have and what the price is. We keep our records in simple ledgers and try to stay on top of the work. It is a lot of back-and-forth with farmers and traders. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and everyone around Kamaraj Street knows who we are. It is a decent way to earn a living, staying close to the land and the people who work it day in and day out.
