Our place is Sri Sapthagiri Pee Gee Fruit Processing Ltd. We are situated at No. 164 in Itheraya Colony, over in Valli Purasan Palayam. It is a bit out of the main way, but we like it there. The air is a bit fresher and there's enough room for our equipment. We deal with fruit processing, so there is usually a lot of washing, cutting, and packing going on. It can get a bit messy, but that is the nature of the job. We have a small group of people working here. Most of them live nearby in the colony. We don't have any big corporate rules or fancy uniforms. We just wear what's practical for the work. Some days we have a lot of fruit to handle and everyone has to pitch in. Other days are a bit slower, and we use that time to clean up or fix the machines. We've been at this for a while and have learned a lot by just doing the work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished reports. We just want to get the fruit processed properly and sent out on time. If you walk by, you might smell whatever we are working on that day. It's a humble setup, but it keeps us all going. We just do our best.
