Out here in Dharapuram, specifically at Sf. No. 475/3 on Alangiyam Road in Kondarasampalayam, is where we run Kpk Oils And Proteins India (P) Ltd. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but this is where the production happens. We deal with oils and proteins, mostly processing things from the local crops. The facility is practical and built for work, not for looking pretty. We have the machinery for crushing and extracting, and there's always a bit of a smell of oil in the air, which is normal for this kind of place. Most of the guys working here are from the nearby villages. We’ve been in this spot for some time now, and the road outside gets a lot of truck traffic coming and going. It’s dusty work, and the sun can be quite hot in this part of Tamil Nadu. We don't have a big corporate office; it’s mostly just the plant and a small room for the accounts. We focus on getting the quality right for the oils we produce. There’s always something that needs fixing or a machine that needs oiling. We work in shifts to keep things moving along. It’s a straightforward business, really. We take the raw materials, process them, and send them off. Nothing fancy about it, just hard work and long days in the heat of Dharapuram.
