Mehta Impex

Mehta Impex is located at No. 42 in Indira Nagar. It’s a pretty easy place to find. We decided to set up here because the location is convenient for most of our staff and the people we deal with. We aren’t one of those massive corporations with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who know how to handle imports and exports without making a big fuss about it. Every morning we come in, brew some tea, and start going through the night’s messages from overseas. Time zones can be a bit of a pain, so someone is usually up late or in very early. Our office is pretty basic. We have desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets that probably need organizing. We don't spend money on fancy furniture because it doesn't help get the products moved. Indira Nagar is a nice spot, there’s a bit of greenery around and it’s not as loud as the main market areas. We handle all sorts of items, and the paperwork can get really thick depending on what we are bringing in. We just try to stay on top of the regulations so nothing gets stuck at the docks. It is steady work and we’ve been doing it long enough that we know most of the shortcuts. We just keep things moving and try to stay out of trouble while making sure the shipments arrive safely.
