Abirami Import & Export

Abirami Import & Export is located on the 1st floor of D. R. Apartment, Block- 2, over at 27/6 V. C. T. V. Road. It’s an apartment building, but we’ve converted this section into our workspace. It’s a bit unusual maybe, but it works for us and keeps the overhead low. We spend most of our time at our desks or on the phone. V. C. T. V. Road is a busy place, so there’s always noise from the street coming through the windows. We handle various import and export needs for people around here. It’s mostly about knowing who to call and how to fill out the forms correctly. We aren't some big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know the ropes. Sometimes we have to go down to the docks or the warehouse to check on things personally. It’s a lot of running around. We don't have fancy brochures or a marketing team. We just do the work and hope people are satisfied enough to tell their friends about us. The office is a bit cluttered with folders and samples of things we’ve shipped over the years. We’ve had to learn as we go, making mistakes here and there but always trying to fix them quickly. It’s a simple operation. We like being in this part of town because everything we need is close by. It's just a regular day-to-day business for us, nothing more, nothing less.
