Davidsons Agroacres Private Limited

Our place is right at the Bye-Pass Junction in Thankalam, specifically in the Davids Arcade building. The address is 31/185 B on A M Road, which is a fairly busy area. Davidsons Agroacres is a name we’ve had for a while now. We deal with land and farming stuff mostly, helping people figure out what to do with their acres. Being at the junction means there is always a bit of noise from the traffic outside, but it makes it easy for people to drop by and talk to us. It’s a simple office inside, nothing too fancy, just some desks, chairs, and some old files stacked up. We spend a lot of time thinking about crops and how the land in this region is doing. The junction is a busy spot, so we see a lot of people passing through every day. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there or anything like that. We just want to do right by the land we work with. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing, and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some paperwork done. We've seen Thankalam change over the years, but we’ve stayed put at the arcade. It’s a good landmark for us. People know where to find us if they need advice on agro matters or are looking into some acreage. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. It’s just farming and land management at its core. We're just local people trying to make the business work and help out where we can.
