Skyfin is right on MG Road in Thrissur, up on the third floor of the Centre Point building. It’s a very busy area, so there’s always something happening right outside. We focus on aviation and logistics training. The office is split into a few different rooms where we hold the classes. It’s 19/44/23 and 24, if you’re looking for the specific room numbers. We aren't a big, polished company with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s mostly just us trainers and the students. The lift in Centre Point is a bit temperamental, so we end up taking the stairs more often than not. Inside, we have some charts on the walls and a few computers for the logistics software. We try to keep things simple. Aviation has a lot of rules to learn, and logistics is all about the details of shipping and transport. We just go through it page by page. It gets quite warm in the afternoons because the sun hits that side of the building, but the fans keep the air moving. We’re a local institute and we’ve been here for a while. People come to us because they want a job in a warehouse or at an airport. We just show up, do the teaching, and head home like everyone else. It’s a practical, everyday kind of place. We keep our records in order and help students when they get stuck.
