You can find us at the Alfas Complex near Cochin University. It’s a decent spot for an institute like ours because there’s always a lot of academic energy around. We focus on marine technology, which sounds complicated but mostly comes down to understanding how ships and sea equipment work. It's a lot of technical stuff, diagrams, and learning about the rules of the water. We have been in this location for a bit, and the rooms are filled with books and some gear for the students to look at. The maritime world is huge, and there is always something new to learn, even for those of us who have been around it for years. Classes usually run throughout the day. We try to keep the chairs filled and the projectors working. Sometimes the noise from the street outside gets a bit loud, but the students don't seem to mind much once they get into their work. It’s not a corporate setup with glass walls. It’s more of a functional space where people come to study and get their certifications sorted out. Most of the people coming here are looking for a career at sea. We just provide the space and the materials they need to get ready for that kind of life. Being right by the university makes it easy for everyone to find us. We keep our doors open and just focus on the day-to-day teaching that needs to happen for these future sailors.
