Cochin Cadd Centre

Cochin Cadd Centre is tucked away in the Palm Lands Buildings. If you know Temple Road near the bank in Alwaye, specifically the Asokaputam area, then you’ve probably walked past us. We spend most of our time in front of screens. It’s a training and design spot, so there are always students or workers coming in to learn how to use the software properly. The building is okay, nothing special, but it stays relatively cool inside which is nice during the summer months. We started this because we knew how to work the programs and figured others in Alwaye might want to learn too. It’s not a giant corporation. It’s just a local center where people sit down and practice their drafting skills. The chairs aren't the most expensive, but they work. We keep the computers running and try to answer whatever questions the students have. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we fix it. Temple Road can get quite noisy with all the traffic going toward the bank, but once you’re inside, it’s mostly just the sound of clicking mice and typing. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. People just see our sign or hear about us from a friend who took a class here before. We like helping people figure out the technical stuff. It feels good when someone finally gets the hang of a difficult drawing. It keeps us busy all day long.
