Reliance Communications

Reliance Communications is located at Chaneyil, XIX / 1066, on P D Road in Palluruthy. This is a busy part of Kochi and we see a lot of people passing through every day. We deal with all the typical communication stuff like phone lines and internet connections. It is a small shop really. We have a counter and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. In Kerala the rain can be very heavy so we often have people ducking inside just to stay dry for a minute. We do not mind. We have been on P D Road for a long time and we know a lot of the families who live around here. Sometimes the internet goes slow or a phone stops working and that is when people come to see us. We try to explain what is wrong without using too many technical terms. We are just regular people working a job. My cousin helps out when it gets busy and we usually have the radio playing in the background. It is not a high-pressure environment. We just take things one customer at a time. Kochi is a beautiful place to live and work and Palluruthy has a nice local vibe. We are just a small part of the neighborhood trying to keep everyone connected. We do our best with what we have and that seems to be enough for most people.
