Our office is located in North Paravur, which is a nice change of pace from the big cities. We operate out of Renu Nilayam in the Peruvaram area. It’s more of a home-turned-office vibe than a traditional corporate setting. The address is linked to Jayasree Csmenon here in Kerala. It’s quite green around here, which we appreciate. Hotriya Resource Management And Pvt Ltd is what we call ourselves, and we mostly deal with various administrative and resource tasks throughout the day. We don't have a big flashing sign or anything like that. People usually find us by the house name or just by asking someone nearby. The pace of work is steady but we don't try to rush things unnecessarily. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and we just get on with it. Sometimes the rain here in Kerala can be quite something, and we just listen to it hitting the roof while we work on our computers. It’s a very local operation. We know the neighbors and the local shops where we get our lunch. It feels more like a community than just a business park. We’ve been doing this for a while now and we’re happy with how things are going in our little corner of North Paravur. It's practical and it works for us without needing to be anything more than what it is. We just do our daily work and keep things moving.
