The office is located in Ponayil House, which is right in Chottanikkara. If you’re familiar with the area, you’ll find us on Elders Village Road in Eruveli. It’s part of Ernakulam, but it feels a bit tucked away from the heaviest city rush of Kerala. The building itself is more of a traditional house style, which makes it feel a bit more grounded. We have a small setup inside. It’s not the kind of place with a lobby or a receptionist greeting you at a big desk. Usually, one of us just looks up from our work when someone walks in. We deal with a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. The road outside can get a bit busy during temple festivals or school hours, but otherwise, it’s fairly peaceful. There are plenty of trees around, which keeps the building a little cooler during those humid afternoons. We spend a lot of our time just managing the local files and talking to people from the neighborhood. It’s a practical space. We’ve got some old wooden chairs and a few modern computers that look a bit out of place against the walls. We take our tea breaks together when things slow down. It’s a steady kind of life here in Eruveli. Everyone knows the Ponayil House name, so we don't usually have to give long directions. It’s just a local office doing its thing.
