We are based out of Pulickal House in Kothamangalam. This is in the Ernakulam district of Kerala. Our address is right there in the P.O. area, pin code 686691. The house is a standard Kerala-style home where we have set aside space for our recruitment work. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside. Most people who come here are from the local area or nearby towns in Ernakulam. It's a bit of a drive if you're coming from the main city, but the roads are okay. We spend our days going through resumes and talking to people on the phone. It can get a bit humid in the afternoons, so the fans are always on. We don't have a big corporate lobby, just a seating area for visitors. It's a family-run sort of environment even though we deal with a lot of different partners. We just try to keep up with the paperwork and help people find jobs. It's a simple operation and we like being located here in Pulickal House instead of a cramped office building. The rains here are something else, sometimes we just watch the garden while we work.
