Prompt Machines & Accessories

Prompt Machines & Accessories is located in the Sri Sai Building on Ravipuram Road. We are in the Valanjambalam area of Ernakulam, right in the heart of the city. Being in Kerala, the weather is often humid, so we keep the windows open to let the breeze in from the road. Our space is filled with various machines and different accessories that people in the trade are always looking for. It is a bit of a crowded space because we have a lot of stock piled up. You might have to step over a few boxes if you come to visit. We spend a lot of time checking inventory and talking to people who call in. The building itself is an older one, but it serves us well enough for what we do. There is a lot of noise from the street outside, with buses and rickshaws constantly moving past. We don't have a lot of decorative stuff on the walls, just calendars and maybe a few notes pinned up. Sometimes we lose track of time when we are helping a customer find a specific part. We drink a lot of coffee here, as is common in this part of the country. It’s a straightforward business. We show up in the morning, handle the orders, and lock up in the evening. There isn't much more to it than that. We just stay busy.
