We operate out of the Kssia Technocity in the Hmt Industrial Park. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here to Hmt Colony P.O., but it’s a good place for what we do. The area is very industrial, lots of warehouses and workshops around. We focus on practical learning and communication stuff. Basically, we help people learn how to do things by actually doing them. Our space is more like a workshop than a traditional office. We have tables pushed together and lots of materials scattered about. It’s a very hands-on environment. There isn't much in the way of decoration. We just have what we need to get the work done. The team is small, and we all wear many hats. One day you’re teaching, the next you’re fixing a broken chair or sorting out the mail. It’s not a corporate vibe at all. We just wanted a place where people could come and learn real skills without a lot of unnecessary theory. The industrial park can be a bit dusty, and it gets quite loud with the trucks moving around, but we like the energy of it. It feels like a place where things are actually getting built. We don't have a fancy lobby or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some tea bags. It’s simple and it works for us. We usually leave the door open for a breeze when it gets too stuffy inside.
