We are up on the second floor of the MN's Avenue building. If you are coming by the fourth railway gate, we are right there. It is a busy spot because of the trains passing through. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the gate shuts, but we are used to it by now. The office isn't massive or anything fancy. We have our desks and chairs and just get on with the work every day. Most of us live nearby so the commute is not too bad. We spend a lot of time looking at career paths and helping folks figure out their next move. It is mostly paperwork and phone calls throughout the morning. By afternoon, things usually pick up a bit. There is a small tea shop just down the street where we go when we need a break from the screens. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It is just a regular workspace where things get done. We started this place a while back and have stayed in this building because everyone knows the landmark. Finding a park can be tricky sometimes on this road, but it works out. We just try to keep things simple and honest here at Mycareer Steps International Llp. No big speeches or complicated rules. Just some people working in an office near the tracks.
