Our office is actually Flat No-6D in the Santhi Hillview Apartments. It’s located in Divine Nagar, over in the Kakkanad area of Ernakulam. The building number is X-482/25. Working out of an apartment gives things a very different vibe than a standard office block. It’s a residential area, so it’s mostly quiet, except for the usual sounds of people living their lives around us. We focus on academic work here. Usually, it’s just a few of us at our desks, surrounded by books and laptops. Since we are in Kakkanad, we are close to the tech hubs but tucked away in a more peaceful spot. We chose this place because it’s easy for us to focus. The flat has enough room for our meetings and for keeping all our resources organized. We don’t have a lobby or a receptionist; you just come to the 6th floor and ring the bell. It’s very informal. We might be having tea or discussing a project when you arrive. It’s a practical way to run things without the high costs of a downtown office. We like the Hillview name because you can actually see a bit of the surrounding area from up here. We’re just a small group trying to help out with academic needs from a comfortable, honest space. The 682030 area is a good place for us to be based. It’s just us doing our work.
