Sand N Surf Academy

Sand N Surf Academy is tucked away in Aimurikara, which is part of Perumbavoor. It’s not right by the ocean like the name might make you think, but we do our thing here in Ernakulam anyway. People usually find us near the 683542 area. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city traffic. We set this up because there wasn't much else around for the local kids to do. The ground gets a bit muddy when the monsoon hits, so we spend a lot of time cleaning up the floors. It’s a simple setup. We have some equipment and a few rooms for the classes. It’s not a big corporate chain. It’s just us. Some days are quiet, especially in the afternoons when it’s too hot to move. We don’t have a big front desk with a receptionist or anything. Usually, one of us just wipes their hands and comes out to talk if someone stops by. Most folks heard about us from their neighbors. We try to keep the place tidy, but with people coming and going, there’s always a bit of dirt on the mats. It’s a practical place for learning. We don't use fancy brochures. If you want to know what we do, you just have to come by and see the space. It works for the folks around Perumbavoor who want something close to home. We just keep the doors open and see who comes in.
