Ashmint Academy

Ashmint Academy is located in the Kakkanad area of Ernakulam. This is a part of town that has grown a lot lately, but we are in a spot that feels a bit more settled. Our address is in the 682011 zip code. The building we are in is just a standard local structure. We don't have a big fancy entrance. You just walk in and you are there. We have a few classrooms with basic desks and chairs. The walls are mostly bare except for a few maps and maybe a clock that is a few minutes slow. We focus on teaching here, so we don't spend much on decorations or expensive carpets. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, but we have enough windows to get a bit of a cross-breeze. Most of the people who come here live nearby in Kakkanad or commute from other parts of Ernakulam. We have a small corner where we keep our bags and lunch boxes. It is a very ordinary looking place, which is fine by us. We start our sessions in the morning and go until the evening. Sometimes we stay late to finish up some paperwork or help a student who stayed back. It is just a regular academy where we try to keep things organized. We aren't trying to be anything we are not. It is just a place for learning and getting through the daily work.
