Maztree Skill Management Private Limited is based out of the Hmt Industrial Estate in Kalamassery. We’re in Techno City, which sounds more modern than it actually looks. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always some noise from the nearby workshops and trucks moving around. We like it here because it feels like a place where people actually build things. Our office is pretty straightforward. We have some desks, a bunch of filing cabinets, and a kettle that gets used a lot. We help people with different skills and how to manage them. It’s mostly paperwork and talking to folks who are looking for work. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Usually, it's just jeans and a shirt. The Hmt Colony area is pretty lived-in. We know the guy who sells tea down the road. Sometimes we go there when we need a break from the computers. The office can get a bit dusty because of the industrial estate, but we keep it tidy enough. It’s a practical place for a practical business. We’ve been in this spot for a few years and it suits us. We don't need a flashy storefront. People find us because they need help with their training or jobs. It’s just us working hard every day to keep things moving for everyone who comes through our door. The lights flicker sometimes when the machines next door start up, but we don't mind much.
