Mathilakath Construction Private Limited

Mathilakath Construction Private Limited is based out of Mathilakath House. Our specific spot is 12/1122 on Kopparambildivine Villaroad. We are right in the Kusumagiri P.O area, specifically in Kakkanad. It’s a busy part of the region to be in. The office is usually a bit of a mess with files and samples of materials everywhere. We don't really bother with making it look like a showroom. It’s a working office. We’ve been around Kakkanad for some time, and the Villaroad address is where we do all our planning. Most of the time, the team is out in the field getting their hands dirty. We use the house as a central hub to meet up and figure out the schedule for the week. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We talk to each other like normal people and don't use a lot of big words. If someone needs something built or fixed, they usually just come find us at the 12/1122 address. We deal with the heat and the traffic like everyone else around here. It’s a simple life, mostly focused on getting the next job started or finished. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls. We just have a calendar with a lot of scribbles on it. That is how we keep track of things at Mathilakath House. It works for us and the people we work for. Some days are long, but that's just construction. We try to keep things practical and move on to the next house.
