KURUVANTHERI GRANITES PRIVATE LIMITED

Kuruvantheri Granites Private Limited is based out of the Oberon Mall in Kochi. Our office is on the third floor, at Door No. 41/418 T. It might seem a bit odd to have a granite business in a shopping mall, but the Edappally bypass is a central spot for everyone. From our windows, we see the traffic moving all day. It is a busy place to work. Mostly, the days are spent on the phone coordinating with the quarries and the transport guys. Granite is heavy and getting it to the right site in Ernakulam is a puzzle sometimes. A big fancy showroom with bright lights isn't what we have here. It is just our workspace where we handle the paperwork and meet with local contractors. Sometimes people coming to the mall for movies or food stop by just to ask about prices. We don't mind at all. Explaining how the different slabs work and what we have in stock takes up some time. The room can get a bit cluttered with samples and files, but we know our way around. My nephew started helping with the books last summer, which has been a big help. Inside the mall, it stays cool even when the humidity outside is unbearable. We just keep our heads down and try to make sure every order gets handled properly. A lot of logistics and talking to drivers is involved, but it is what we know how to do. We have been here for a while now and plan to stay.
