Efsim Skills Development Academy Private Limited is based in the Ventura Anjumana building. You can find us on the second floor. We are right on the NH-47 Bye Pass in Ernakulam. Being near the highway means there is always the sound of cars and trucks going past, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over time. It’s a very busy area, but the building is easy enough to spot. We spend most of our time here working on skills development and training. The office is pretty simple. We have a few rooms for classes and a small space where we handle the administrative side of things. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical place to do our work. We moved in here because the bypass makes it easy for people from all over Kerala to get to us. We don't have a massive team or a glossy corporate look. It’s just us, making sure the sessions are scheduled and the paperwork is in order. Sometimes we have to deal with the typical office issues like a broken printer or the air conditioning acting up, but we just fix it and keep going. We are focused on the day-to-day tasks of running the academy. It’s honest work and we try to do it as well as we can without making things too complicated. We just show up and keep the classes going.
