We have been here for a bit now, working on skill engineering and training. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with equipment and chairs for when people come by. We spend most of our time here just figuring out how to teach different skills and making sure the equipment is working like it should. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of people in, but we manage. We chose this location because it’s accessible for people living around Ernakulam. It’s not always the quietest spot, especially with the street noise, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. It’s mostly just practical stuff we need for the day. There is usually coffee on the go and some papers scattered around. We handle everything ourselves, from the cleaning to the actual training work. It’s a lot of hours, but we like the routine of it. We just want to keep things honest and work hard at what we do here in the building. It’s a local setup and we are fine with that. We don't bother with anything too complicated, we just do the work.
