You can find us at 7B in the Galaxy Leo Paradise building. We are located on PT Usha Road in Kozhikode. It’s a pretty well-known street. Confidence English Services India Private Limited is the name on the door. Our office isn't very large, but it's enough for what we need. We have a few classrooms and a small area where we keep our files. The walls have some old posters about grammar and vocabulary. It’s a bit of a lived-in space. We spend our days helping people with their English. It’s a lot of listening and speaking. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just us teachers and a couple of people helping with the admin work. Sometimes the traffic on PT Usha Road makes it hard to hear, so we have to close the windows. We’re not the most polished business out there. We sometimes run out of chalk or the printer jams, but we fix it and move on. Most people who come here are from the neighborhood or nearby towns. We don't do much advertising. People usually just find us by walking past or hearing from a friend. We try to keep things simple and honest. It’s just a place to learn and work. We enjoy being in this part of Kozhikode. It’s got a good energy and we like the people here.
