Associated Rubber Chemicals

You can find Associated Rubber Chemicals over in Edapally, right along the Bypass. We operate out of Assochem Chambers, which is a building we’ve occupied for quite a while now. Being near the Bypass is convenient because it's easy to get around, though the traffic can be quite something during the monsoon season. The office itself is pretty functional. We have rows of filing cabinets and several desks where we handle all the logistics and paperwork. It’s not a place for lounging around; there’s always something that needs to be checked or sent out. The building has seen a lot of years, and you can tell by the way the doors sometimes stick or the faint hum of the old air conditioners. We don't mind it, though. It’s a practical space that suits our needs. The staff here is a mix of people who have been with us for decades and a few newer faces. We usually have our lunch together in the small break area. There isn't any fancy catering or anything, just home-cooked food brought in dabbas. We talk about local news or how the traffic was that morning. Our focus is just on getting through the day's tasks accurately. If you stop by, you'll see a lot of activity but not much in the way of decoration. We like keeping things grounded and focusing on the actual tasks at hand. It's just a regular workplace where we try our best. (258 words)
