Our space isn't very large, but it's enough for the training and career advice we do. We have some computers set up and a few tables for meetings. The tower has a lot of different offices, so there is always someone coming or going in the hallways. We don't have a receptionist in a uniform or anything like that. When you walk in, you'll just see one of us at a desk. We handle everything from the teaching to the cleaning. It's a simple way to run things. We drink a lot of tea while we work on our schedules. The first floor is nice because we don't have to climb too many stairs. Pallipadi is a good location for us because the transport links are decent. We keep a few plants on the windowsill to make the place look a bit better, but they don't always survive. We are just a group of people trying to help others with their learning goals. It’s a practical, everyday office. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just get on with it and try to be useful to the people who visit. The office usually stays open until the evening when the main street traffic starts to get heavy.
