Academicia Management Skills Private Limited

Academicia Management Skills is located on the third floor of the Mansions Bhavani Apartments. We are out on Kollamkudimugal Road in the Thrikkakara area. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just the tops of other buildings and some trees. It’s a bit of a walk up if the lift is being slow, which happens sometimes. We turned part of the apartment space into our working area. It’s got a kitchen where we make lunch and a main room where we handle all the management stuff. It feels a lot like a home, which we think helps people relax a bit more than a stiff office would. We have desks tucked into corners and shelves full of folders that we really should organize better. The road outside can get noisy during rush hour, but up here it stays fairly calm. We’ve been in Thrikkakara for a bit now and we know the shortcuts around the neighborhood. It’s just a few of us here, doing the daily tasks and keeping the lights on. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just answer the phone when it rings and help people who need to learn about management. It’s a steady kind of life. We like the local vibe of this part of town. There is always someone coming or going, and it keeps things interesting for us during the day.
