Recruitmath Consulting Private Limited

We are basically just a small group of people working out of Azad Road in Baridih. If you know where the Shiv Mandir is around here, we are pretty much right near that road. It is a quiet area mostly, but we keep busy with our consulting work at House Number A/1. We started this because we saw how many people struggle to find the right math-related roles or just need advice on hiring in technical fields. It is not a huge fancy office or anything like that. Just a few desks, some computers, and a lot of phone calls throughout the day. People sometimes drop by if they are in the neighborhood, though we usually do most of our talking over the internet or phone. Being in Baridih feels right because it is where we grew up and we wanted to stay local while helping businesses find the talent they need. Sometimes things get a bit hectic, especially when we have several clients looking for people at the same time, but we just take it one day at a time. We do not have some big corporate manual on how to talk to people. We just try to be helpful and give straight answers when someone asks for our help. The weather here can be a bit much in the summer, but the tea stall down the street helps us keep going. It is just us doing what we know how to do, right here in the community.
