Idea Solution

You can find us on the ground floor of Surojit Villa. We are right on Exhibition Road in Patna, which is a place that never really stays quiet because of the traffic. Idea Solution is just a small team of us working in a couple of rooms. We mostly help people with digital work or paperwork that they find too confusing to do on their own. The office is pretty basic with just some desks, computers, and a few old filing cabinets in the corner. We do not have a big reception area or a marketing team to talk us up. Most people find out about us because a friend told them we were here or they saw our sign while walking to another shop on the road. It gets a bit noisy with the horns honking outside, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We spend a lot of our time typing away or talking on the phone to get things sorted. It is just a regular day-to-day business for us. We do not have any fancy slogans or a mission statement pinned to the wall. If a person comes in with a problem we can fix, we just sit down and do it. It is a practical way to earn a living and the people in Patna seem to appreciate that we do not overcomplicate things.
