Zoom Developers (P) Ltd., Jamshedpur

We are located up on the third floor of a building in Syndicate Colony in the Kadma area of Jamshedpur. Flat number 1432 is where we do all our administrative work. It’s a fairly quiet spot, which is good when we need to focus on the technical drawings and all the legal stuff that comes with development. Jamshedpur is a tidy city, and we try to keep our operations running smoothly to match that. The office itself is basically a converted apartment, so it has a very lived-in feel. There is usually a pot of tea going in the small kitchen and the smell of it fills the place. We don't have a big sign on the main road, so you have to know where you are going to find us. We’ve been in this part of Jharkhand for quite a while and have seen the neighborhood grow around us. Our desks are usually buried under piles of site reports and receipts. We don't use any fancy project management software; we mostly rely on our notebooks and our memories. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We deal with the local weather, the power cuts, and everything else that comes with working in a place like this. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek office. We just want to get the buildings finished and move on to the next task. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us.
