Next Generation Solution

Next Generation Solution is located in Ag Colony, right on Harmu Road in Jamshedpur. We are pretty close to Kapil Dev School. Our daily routine involves a lot of time spent at desks and dealing with whatever comes through the door. It’s a small office setup, nothing like those big corporate buildings you see in the city centers. We have a few computers and a lot of cables running around the floor. Being near a school means the street gets very busy in the afternoons when the kids are leaving. We’ve gotten used to the noise. We don’t have a fancy reception area. Usually, if someone comes in, they just walk right to where we are working. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of equipment or files stacked up. We try to stay organized, but it’s a work in progress. We aren't a big team, so everyone does a bit of everything, from answering the door to fixing technical issues. Jamshedpur is where we’ve set up, and we like being in this part of town. It’s a practical location for us. We don’t do much self-promotion; we just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get through our list before heading home. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we just pick up where we left off.
