We’re located over in Jamshedpur at Pareek Bhawan in the Jugsalai area. Specifically, it’s Naya Bazar, Borapati. If you know Jamshedpur, you know how busy the markets can get during the day. Our office is right in the thick of it all. It’s often very loud outside with all the people and the traffic moving through the bazaar area. We share the space near Sri Sanwarmal Agarwal. Inside, it’s a bit quieter, but the energy of the market still creeps in through the windows. We’ve got a lot of ledgers and documents stacked everywhere. We don't have a lot of space for fancy furniture, so we just make do with the old tables we have. Most of us have been working in Jugsalai for years. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often stop to chat with them on our way in. The office is a bit cramped, honestly. We have to be careful not to trip over the boxes of old records that we keep in the hallway. It’s a practical place for practical work. We don't spend much time worrying about how things look as long as the work gets done correctly for everyone. The fans hum all day long to keep us cool. Sometimes we have hot tea brought in from one of the stalls in the bazar. It’s a very local way of doing things, and we wouldn't have it any other way. It’s just how business is done in this part of town.
