Computer Operator

In Azad Nagar, Mango, there is a street called Attar Line. I am located at holding number 3. This is in Jamshedpur, part of the East Singhbhum district. I’ve been working as a computer operator here for several years. Jharkhand can be quite beautiful, but Mango is a busy, dusty suburb. My office is simple. I have a sturdy desk and my computer equipment. Most of my work involves processing information and keeping records. It isn’t very exciting, but it’s important work for the people around here. I see a lot of people from the neighborhood. Some need help with official forms, others just need something typed up. I try to stay organized, though my desk often says otherwise. The power supply in Jamshedpur is usually okay, but we have backups just in case. I like the feel of Azad Nagar. It’s got a lot of energy. My office is tucked away a bit, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main road. I spend a lot of time typing. My keyboard is starting to lose the letters on the keys from so much use. I don’t mind it. It shows I’ve been working hard. People know me by name around here. I’m not looking to become a big company. I just want to keep my small operation going as long as I can. It’s what I know how to do best. I like the local life.
