Our office is located at N 302 in the River View area of Telco Colony. Being here in Jamshedpur is nice because of all the trees and the way the colony is laid out. It is a quiet spot in Jharkhand. Market Insight Consultants is a small operation. We don't have a big staff. It is usually just two or three of us in the office at any given time. The view of the river is alright when you have a moment to look out the window. Most days we are too busy with the computer work to notice much else. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves. The office is just a regular room with some basic furniture we have had for years. We don't do any big advertising. People usually find us through word of mouth or if they happen to live nearby. It is a very local feel. We don't wear uniforms or anything like that. Just regular clothes. We try to be honest about what we can do. If we can't help with something, we just say so. It is better than making promises we cannot keep. The internet is usually okay, though it acts up during the heavy rains. We just take it as it comes and keep the business moving as best as we can. It’s a quiet way to work.
