Our place, Dolphin Tcms Pvt Ltd Kolkata, is actually located in Jamshedpur at Hno 15 on Road No 9. It is in the Zakirnagar area of Mango, right on Old Purulia Road. It might be a bit confusing with the name, but this is where we do the work. The building is a regular house that we have converted into an office space. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of people moving around on Road No 9. There is always some noise from the street, bikes passing by, and people talking. Inside, it is just a normal setup with a few tables and chairs. We don't have any fancy air conditioning in every room, so we mostly use fans to keep the air moving during the hot months. The walls have some marks on them from moving furniture around, and the floor is a bit worn in the spots where we sit the most. We mostly handle things over the phone or through paperwork that arrives by courier. Mango can be a bit crowded, especially near Old Purulia Road, so getting in and out takes some time. We usually have a light lunch at our desks. It is a very simple way of working. There is no corporate ladder here or anything like that, just a few of us trying to keep things moving forward. It is honest work and we are used to the rhythm of the place.
