Yash Infotech

Yash Infotech is located at U 38 in Shakarpur. It's a small spot, nothing too elaborate. We mostly focus on fixing laptops and keeping computers running for the local residents and small shops nearby. If you walk in, you'll probably see a lot of disassembled laptops on the counters. We deal with broken hinges, dead batteries, and windows that won't boot up. It's a lot of sitting and focused work. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive, so things can pile up a bit. We try to stay on top of it. It’s just how it goes in this line of work. There’s no big fancy sign, just a local shop doing what needs to be done. We don't have a lot of staff, so usually, you're talking directly to the person who's going to be opening up your machine. We've seen just about every kind of computer problem you can imagine over the years. Some are easy, some take all afternoon. We don't use a lot of jargon. We just tell you what's wrong and what it might take to fix it. It's a quiet existence for the most part, tucked away in our corner of Shakarpur. People come to us when they're frustrated with their tech, and we try to help them out. That’s pretty much the whole story of this place. Sometimes we have to explain things twice because tech can be confusing, but we don't mind. We're just glad to have the work and to be part of the community here.
