Kartik Infotech is just a small setup we have in Ashok Nagar, over in Sector-15. It started because friends were always asking for help with their slow laptops or broken screens, so we figured we might as well make it a real thing. The space is not very big, mostly just shelves full of spare parts, keyboards, and old monitors that we use for testing. We spend our days staring at screens or taking apart CPUs to see why they stopped working. Ashok Nagar is a decent place to be, and Sector-15 has enough people coming through that we stay busy most of the week. Sometimes it is a simple software fix, and other times we have to wait days for a specific part to arrive in the mail. We do not really do big advertising or anything like that. Most people just hear about us from a neighbor or see the shop when they are out walking. It can get a bit messy with cables everywhere and boxes piled up in the corner, but we know where everything is. We try to be honest about whether a computer is worth fixing or if it is just time to get a new one. It is a quiet way to make a living, just fixing things and talking to the people who live around here. If you need us, we are right there in Sector-15, usually working late if there is a lot of repairs backed up.
